Role purpose

The Junior Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of littlefish solutions to enterprise clients.

Working across clients, product, technology, operations, commercial and customer success teams, you will turn agreed requirements into structured delivery plans, maintain momentum across multiple projects and ensure that risks, decisions and dependencies are actively managed.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You will manage smaller projects and defined workstreams independently while supporting senior project and programme leaders on larger, more complex implementations.

Success means that projects remain controlled, stakeholders stay informed, commitments are followed through and issues are identified before they affect delivery or the client.
